INTROIT ANTIPHON: I will proclaim the decree of the LORD. He said to me: “You are my Son. Today I have begotten you.”
ANTIPHON PARAPHRASE: "You are My Son," our God did say, "I have begotten You this day."
INTROIT PSALM: Why do the nations rage? Why do the peoples grumble in vain?
The kings of the earth take a stand, and the rulers join together against the LORD and against his Anointed One.
The one who is seated in heaven laughs. The LORD scoffs at them.
Then he speaks to them in his anger, “I have installed my King on Zion, my holy mountain.”
GRADUAL: Your people will be willing on the day of your power. In majesty of holiness, from the womb of the dawn.
The decree of the LORD to my lord: "Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool under your feet."
ACCLAMATION: Alleluia, alleluia! He said to me: “You are my Son. Today I have begotten you.” Alleluia.
