Móyses altáre Dómino,
ófferens super illud holocáusta,
et ímmolans víctimas: fecit sacrifícium vespertínum in odórem suavitátis Dómino Deo,
in conspéctu filiórum Israel.

Moses sanctified the altar to the Lord, offering upon it the holocaust, and immolating the victims: he made the eveningsacrifice for a sweet odor to the Lord God, in the sight of the children of Israel. Moisés santificó el altar al Señor, ofreciendo sobre él el holocausto e inmolando las víctimas; ofreció la ofrendade la tarde en olor grato al Señor Dios, a la vista de los hijos de Israel.
