Faithful servant
Good servant you are worthy,
Your faithfulness is strong;
Your labors not unnoticed,
The fruit they bear lives on.
Beloved faithful shepherd,
Your sheep are safe and sound,
And all who hear your teaching,
New faith have found.

It is love that guides our footsteps.
It is love that makes us known,
It is love that makes the difference,
And love that calls us home.

There’s respite for the weary,
And comfort for the lost,
Your courage and your patience
Show your flock what matters most.
Our lives are more abundant,
With joy that fills the soul,
Because you, oh worthy shepherd
Did heed God’s call.

It is love that guides our footsteps.
It is love that makes us known,
It is love that makes the difference,
And love that calls us home.

A life of gentle service
Is the light, the truth, the way;
The peace that we all long for
At the end of the day.
Good servant, be at peace now,
Let the music lift your soul,
For the love you give returns to you,
One hundredfold.

Psalm 103 The Lord is kind and merciful
The Lord is kind and merciful
1. Bless the Lord, O my soul;
and all my being, bless his holy name.
Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits.

The Lord is kind and merciful
2. He pardons all your iniquities, heals all your ills.
He redeems your life from destruction,
crowns you with kindness and compassion.

The Lord is kind and merciful
3. Merciful and gracious is the Lord,
slow to anger and abounding in kindness.
Not according to our sins does he deal with us,
nor does he requite us according to our crimes.

The Lord is kind and merciful
4. As far as the east is from the west,
so far has he put our transgressions from us.
As a father has compassion on his children,
so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him.

The Lord is kind and merciful

The King of Love My Shepherd Is
1.
The King of love my shepherd is,
Whose goodness fails me never;
I nothing lack if I am his,
And he is mine forever.

2.
Where streams of living water flow
My ransomed soul he's leading,
And where the verdant pastures grow
Which food celestial feeding.

3.
Confused and foolish I strayed,
But yet in love he sought me;
And on his shoulder gently laid,
And home, rejoicing brought me.

4.
In death's dark vale I fear no ill
With you, dear Lord, beside me,
Your rod and staff my comfort still,
Your cross before to guide me.

5.
You spread a table in my sight;
Your saving grace bestowing;
And O what transport of delight
From your pure chalice flowing.

6.
And so through all the length of days
Your goodness fails me never;
Good Shepherd, may I sing your praise
Within your house forever.

There is a balm in Gilead
There is a balm in Gilead to make the wounded whole,
there is a balm in Gilead to heal the sin-sick soul.

1. Sometimes I feel discouraged and think my work's in vain,
but then the Holy Spirit revives my soul again.

There is a balm in Gilead to make the wounded whole,
there is a balm in Gilead to heal the sin-sick soul.

2. If you cannot preach like Peter, if you cannot pray like Paul,
you can tell the love of Jesus and say, "He died for all."

There is a balm in Gilead to make the wounded whole,
there is a balm in Gilead to heal the sin-sick soul.

3. To heal my pain and suffering, God sent his only son,
and now with his assurance, relief is surely won.

There is a balm in Gilead to make the wounded whole,
there is a balm in Gilead to heal the sin-sick soul.

Life more abundantly
I have come that you may have life, and live more abundantly,
a life of service in love and truth is meant the soul to feed.
In communion we meet our God in perfect ministry,
and Jesus comes so we may have life and live more abuntantly.

By His example we learn to serve and teach what we believe,
that all we share with willing heart brings life more abundantly.
With eyes to see them, and ears to hear the ones who are in need,
we serve our neighbors so they may join us and live more abundantly.

I have come that you may have life, and live more abundantly,
a life of service in love and truth is meant the soul to feed.
In communion we meet our God in perfect ministry,
and Jesus comes so we may have life and live more abundantly.

With words of comfort and hands that serve with thought, and word, and deed,
we recreate the promise of Christ and live more abundantly.
In gratitude we praise our God for all that we receive,
for He is the light, the truth, the way to live more abundantly.

I have come that you may have life, and live more abundantly,
a life of service in love and truth is meant the soul to feed.
In communion we meet our God in perfect ministry,
and Jesus comes so we may have life and live more abundantly.
