We gather together
We gather together to ask the Lord's blessing;
He chastens and hastens his will to make known;
The wicked oppressing now cease from distressing:
Sing praises to his name; he forgets not his own.

Beside us to guide us, our God with us joining,
Whose kingdom calls all to the love which endures.
So from the beginning the fight we were winning:
You, Lord, were at our side; all glory be yours!

We all do extol you our leader triumphant,
And pray that you still our defender will be.
Let your congregation escape tribulation:
Your name be ever praised! O Lord, make us free!

Glory to God - Mass of Welcome
Glory to God in the highest, and on
earth peace to people of good will.

We praise you, we bless you, we adore you, we glorify you.
We give you thanks for your great glory,
Lord God, heavenly king, O God, almighty Father.
Lord Jesus Christ, Only Begotten Son,
Lord God, Lamb of God, Son of the Father,
you take away the sins of the world: have mercy on us:
you take away the sins of the world: receive our prayer.
You are seated at the right hand of the Father;
have mercy on us.
For you alone are the Holy One,
you alone are the Lord.
You alone are the Most High, Jesus Christ,
with the Holy Spirit,
in the glory of God the Father,
Amen.

Psalm 128: Blessed are those who fear the Lord
Blessed, blessed are those who fear the Lord.
Blessed, blessed are those who fear the Lord.

Blessed are you who fear the LORD,
who walk in his ways!
For you shall eat the fruit of your handiwork;
blessed shall you be, and favored.
Blessed, blessed are those who fear the Lord.

Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine
in the recesses of your home;
Your children like olive plants
around your table.
Blessed, blessed are those who fear the Lord.

Behold, thus is the man blessed
who fears the LORD.
The LORD bless you from Zion:
may you see the prosperity of Jerusalem
all the days of your life.
Blessed, blessed are those who fear the Lord.

Nicene Creed
I believe in one God,
the Father almighty,
maker of heaven and earth,
of all things visible and invisible.

I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ,
the Only Begotten Son of God,
born of the Father before all ages.
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father;
through him all things were made.

For us men and for our salvation
he came down from heaven,
and by the Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary,
and became man.

For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate,
he suffered death and was buried,
and rose again on the third day
in accordance with the Scriptures.
He ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory
to judge the living and the dead
and his kingdom will have no end.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life,
who proceeds from the Father and the Son,
who with the Father and the Son is adored and glorified,
who has spoken through the prophets.

I believe in one, holy, catholic and apostolic Church.
I confess one Baptism for the forgiveness of sins
and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead
and the life of the world to come. Amen.

I am the vine
1. "I am the vine and you are the branches,"
Bear precious fruit for Jesus today;
Branches in him no fruit ever bearing,
Jesus has said, "He takes away,"
“I am the vine and you are the branches;
I am the vine, be faithful and true;
Ask what you will, your pray’r shall be answer’d,
As the Father loved me, so I have loved you."

2. "Now you are clean thro' words I have spoken,
Living in me, much fruit you shall bear;
Dwelling in you, my promise unbroken,
Glory in heav'n with me you shall share."
“I am the vine and you are the branches;
I am the vine, be faithful and true;
Ask what you will, your pray’r shall be answer’d,
As the Father loved me, so I have loved you."

3. Yes, by your fruits the world is to know you,
Walking in love as children of day;
Follow your guide, he passes before you,
Leading to realms of glorious day.
“I am the vine and you are the branches;
I am the vine, be faithful and true;
Ask what you will, your pray’r shall be answer’d,
As the Father loved me, so I have loved you."

Love Divine, All Loves Excelling
1.
Love divine, all loves excelling,
Joy of heav'n to earth come down!
Fix in us your humble dwelling,
All your faithful mercies crown.
Jesus, source of all compassion,
Love unbounded, love all pure;
Visit us with your salvation,
Let your love in us endure.

2.
Come, almighty to deliver,
Let us all your life receive;
Finish then your new creation,
Pure and spotless, gracious Lord,
Suddenly return and never,
Nevermore your temples leave.
Lord, we would be always blessing,
Serve you as your hosts above,
Pray, and praise you without ceasing,
Glory in your precious love.

3.
Finish then your new creation,
Pure and spotless, gracious Lord,
Let us see your great salvation
Perfectly in you restored.
Changed from glory into glory,
Till in heav'n we take our place,
Till we sing before the almighty,
Lost in wonder, love and praise.
